A favorite classic appetizer that everyone loves! Chipped beef dip with foam cheese, Buddig beef, garlic and Worcestershire, perfect for the holidays or game solar day.

I'm a sucker for anything with foam cheese or sour cream as a key ingredient, and that includes appetizers and dips.  My parents and my dad's side of the family always put out a big bowl of chipped beef dip to snack on and tide anybody over until dinner.  I tin't remember a holiday gathering without it.  It's and so piece of cake and so expert.

Recipe Notes and Tips

  • 2 (2-ounce) packages Buddig brand smoked, pressed beef
  • one (8-ounce) cake of cream cheese, softened at room temp
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or more to taste
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce or to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • Slice pressed beefiness into thin strips and then chop into smallish squares or cut into ½-inch pieces. Set aside.

  • In bowl, place softened cream cheese and add together garlic powder and Worcestershire and combine well with a fork. Add milk, a little at a fourth dimension, to soften consistency for ease of spreadability. Add together chopped beefiness and combine well.
